Information about the application and its capabilities

LinkUp is the latest application from Protogramma Informatics. The company has been active in the IT industry for the last 30 years, and having gained valuable know-how both in the IT industry and in organizing and needs of businesses and entrepreneurs, it helps companies grow through custom software, apps and technology and consulting services.
LinkUp is a modular application. Beyond the basic CRM, you can add any other module you are interested in, increasing the functionality and covering all your needs.
Together we can design and implement functions specifically designed for your business and integrate them into LinkUp.
You don't need anything! LinkUp can be connected to any database (ERP etc.) but it can also work autonomously. All that will be needed on your part are devices (Laptop, Desktop, Tablet, Mobile) and an internet connection.
Of course! It has a direct connection to all Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive), popular ERP software and you can send information registered in CRM or even retrieve documents.
License and Payment:

The app is available in both montlhy and annual plans.
None! There are no hidden charges for the app. The exception is the case where you want more than 10 users or some custom function, as described on the pricing page.
The monthly plan includes the license, initial installation and training, hosting costs, unlimited app support via email and 2 hours of phone supportfor the first month.
The annual plan includes the license, initial installation and training, hosting costs, unlimited app support via messaging and 6 hours of phone support each year.
If the existing structure does not suit our needs, we can, after an analysis and an offer, adapt it to your needs.
Support & Updates:
Information about app support and updates
You get full mail support for the duration of your contract. In addition to this, in montlhy plans you also have 2 hours of phone support for the first month and 6 hours of phone support each year for yearly plans.
You get updates and the latest versions of the app for the duration of your contract.
